About the Team

The Knights are based in the central heartland of South Africa, drawing players from across the middle regions of the country, with a strong base in Bloemfontein.

Once a powerhouse in the franchise era, they now compete in Division 2 after being relegated from the top tier last season.

Playing out of Mangaung Oval and coached by JP Triegaardt, they boast the strongest squads in their division. It features former Proteas Sisanda Magala, Jacques Snyman and Gihahn Cloete, whilst also including experience campaigners such as Malusi Siboto, Sithembile Langa and Patrick Botha. They will no doubt be looking to win back their place amongst the cricket elite with a strong performance in 2025/26.
