ARTIFICIAL LIGHTING SOLUTIONS

BID DESCRIPTION: THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION, TESTING, COMMISSIONING, VERIFICATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF ARTIFICIAL LIGHTING SOLUTIONS FOR FOUR (4) INTERNATIONAL CRICKET STADIUMS OVER A PERIOD OF TEN (10) YEARS, WITH A DESIGN LIFESPAN OF TWENTY-FIVE (25) YEARS OR MORE.

CSA is an affiliate of the South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee (SASCOC) and a Full member of the International Cricket Council (ICC).

 

CSA is the national governing body for the sport of cricket in South Africa. It administers all aspects of South African cricket.

 

CSA business is conducted on a non-profit basis with the intent and purpose that its capital and income, from whatever sources, shall be applied solely towards the promotion of its objective and the advancement of cricket in South Africa, contributing to the sustainability and growth of cricket in the regions of its respective Members. CSA currently has 15 Affiliate Members and 10 Ancillary Members.

 

NATURE OF SERVICE REQUIRED
Cricket South Africa (CSA) would like to invite suitably qualified Artificial Lighting Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to submit proposals for a fit-for-purpose, state-of-the-art, cost-effective, comprehensive Turnkey solution for the provision of the arena floodlights (“lighting solution”), etc., inclusive of a maintenance and service plan (Service Level agreement known as (sla)), for the four cricket grounds/stadiums for a minimum period of ten years (10), with an automatic option to extend by mutual agreement, with a design lifespan of twenty-five (25) years or more
