2. HOW TO ENTER
Catch a six with one hand at any of the T20 Challenge matches during the Competition Period.
3. PRIZE
- The Prize of R1 000 000.00 (One million South African Rands) shall be awarded for any Winning Catch provided it is in accordance with these T&C’s for any person/s who catches a six with one hand.
- Should there be more than one winner during the Competition Period, the Prize shall be shared equally between the winners.
4. THE WINNING CATCH
To qualify for the Prize, the following criteria will apply to a Winning Catch –
- It must be a clean, one-handed catch off a ‘six’ hit during a televised T20 Challenge Cricket match taking place during the Competition Period; and
- The catch must be captured and clearly visible on stadium video or TV camera/broadcast as it will be audited.
- For the avoidance of doubt, a clean catch is one where the ball does not make contact with anything after leaving the bat until caught one-handed by the Participant after being struck out of the field of play.
- Either hand can be used to make a clean catch.
- No Prize will be awarded unless or until verification of the Winning Catch is made by the Promoter and the Promoter is satisfied, in its absolute discretion, that the criteria for a Winning Catch and the Competition’s T&C’s have been met.
- In verifying the Winning Catch, Auditors will review the coverage of the catch made on stadium video or TV camera/broadcast.
- Any alleged Winning Catch not captured on a camera and therefore not able to be reviewed by the Promoter will be deemed a non-eligible catch.
- If a single Participant makes multiple Winning Catches in a accordance with these Terms and Conditions, they will be recognised as a multiple winner and will receive a proportional share of the Prize based on the number of Winning Catches.
- The Promoter’s decision is final.
