11 Nov MEDIA ACCREDITATION OPEN FOR 2021/22 CRICKET SEASON
JOHANNESBURG: Ahead of an exciting 2021/22 summer of international cricket and the ongoing domestic cricket season, Cricket South Africa (CSA) is pleased to announce that the media accreditation portal is now open for members of the media to apply.
The Proteas will host the Netherlands in a historic, three-match Betway One-Day International (ODI) Series between 26 November – 01 December before taking on India in a full inbound tour consisting of a Betway Test, Betway ODI and KFC T20 International series from 17 December – 26 January 2022.
The Momentum Proteas will be stepping up their preparations for the ICC Women’s World Cup in March next year with a home tour against the West Indies, featuring three T20Is and five ODI matches scheduled between 18 January – 06 February 2022.
On the domestic front, there will also be a host of matches to feast on between now and the end of the season. The ongoing CSA 4-Day Domestic Series concludes in March 2022, while the plans for next year’s third edition of the Mzansi Super League (MSL T20) are being finalized.

Please select the correct event category and submit all the required information and documentation for your application to be approved.
For the international fixtures, a letter of assignment is required and must reflect the category/event selected.
Under the current COVID-19 regulations, the venues will have a limited media allocation.
Although there will be no screening form required, daily temperature checks, standard social distancing and mask protocols will be enforced throughout.
As per current government regulations, all persons in attendance at sporting venues will be required to be fully vaccinated and present their vaccination card and proof of identification upon entry.
