Longest 6 Holiday Terms and Conditions

  • The Gift card is valid for offline purchases of Holiday Packages made from MakeMyTrip Only.
  • The Gift Card can be redeemed in INR (Indian Currency) only.
  • The Gift Card has value of INR 500,000 (Indian Rupee) worth R100,000 (South African Rand) (Basis fixed conversion rate of 1ZAR =5 INR)

 

For Redemption:
To redeem the gift card, the customer can either (a) send an email to referral.holiday@makemytrip.com or; (b) call Mr. Rupjyoti Lahkar (+91-844-749-7661) to curate a holiday package.

 

  • The Gift Card is Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • The amount would be non-transferrable and cannot be converted into cash.
  • The amount can be redeemed for one transaction only.
  • The Gift Card code must be shared with the email sent to – referral.holiday@makemytrip.com
  • The Cancellation policy as specified on the product page shall be applicable.
  • MakeMyTrip reserves the right to withdraw the Offer without prior intimation.
  • Any date change may incur an additional charge may be applicable on the new date selected by the customer in case package price for new dates are higher.
  • Any increase or addition in government or hotel taxes would be applicable at the time of final payment.
  • Cost of expenses of personal nature such as, laundry, telephone calls, room services, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
  • In case of amendment or increase in nights of booking, difference in price will be charged.
  • MakeMyTrip shall not be responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any agency, airline, transport, hotel, any provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotel, airline, shipping companies, cruise, coach owners, coach operators, tour operators who are MakeMyTrip’s independent contractors.
  • MakeMyTrip does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strikes, quarantine or other causes, howsoever caused, and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.
  • No refund will be made for partially utilized or unutilized services. The itinerary given is indicative and may be altered to suit the final confirmations received on all the services.
  • Prices are unique and may be based on offers running at the time of booking.
  • MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to any force majeure events or reasons beyond the reasonable control of MakeMyTrip.
  • In no event, shall the entire liability of MakeMyTrip exceed the amount paid by the customer.
  • MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with the Offer.
  • All other terms and conditions as listed in the User Agreement available and the Privacy Policy will be applicable to this program.
