At Bridgton Sport Ground, SWD was put to the bat first by Border Villages as Levin Muller (72) with the support of George Basil-Jnr (33) saw the hosts set a defendable target of 188 runs. Three-wicket-hauls from Luyanda Fojela (3/17) and Thabang Skoqo (3/37) helped to restrict SWD.

The EP Grahamstown batters continued where their bowlers had left off to secure an eight-wicket victory as an unbeaten 63* from Richard Brotherton and an unbeaten 53* from Adrian Wright, took the game to 153 with the loss of only two wickets.
In match three at the Recreation Ground Border Aloes took on Boland, with the latter winning the toss and electing to bat first. A half century from Warwick Abrahim (51), with the support of Sergio Rooms (42), and Nathan Engelbrecht (40), Boland set a defendable target of 186 runs.
Aloes’ Siphelele Ngqoba (3/35) and Lwando Shoba (2/14) were instrumental in restricting the Boland side. In response, the Boland bowlers left no stone unturned as they restricted Aloes to 62/10, Thandani Majebe taking three wickets in 23 runs and Devon Smith claimed two wickets in one over with just one run as the Aloes batting line-up collapsed and Boland won the game by 123 runs.
