The Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies issued Regulations No 417 in published in Government Gazette 43164 on 26 March 2020 which records (in section 5.1.4) that every SA website must promote the govt portal on Covid-19.
The Regulations state that “All Internet sites operating within .zaDNA top level domain names must have a landing page with a visible link to www.sacoronavirus.co.za:. These regulations are not published on on the “Regulations and Guidelines – Coronavirus Covid-19” website.
