Customisation, Implementation, Maintenance and Support of the Athlete Management System

CSA seeks to implement a fully integrated Athlete Management System (AMS). The AMS services will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Centralises medical, performance, workload, and player availability data
• Provides actionable analytics and predictive insights
• Integrates seamlessly with existing technologies (GPS, wearables, strength testing and
  training equipment and software, imaging systems, communication platforms)
• Supports secure, role-based access across stakeholders
• Enables consistent standards across national, franchise, and pathway structures
• Reduces administrative burden while improving decision quality
• Supports and incorporates online Personal Development Plans (PDPs) for all player cricket
  activity, as well as individual performance targets.
