
11 Oct CSA APPOINTS ADV. NCUMISA MAYOSI AS INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
JOHANNESBURG: Cricket South Africa (CSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Advocate Ncumisa Mayosi to the Board as Independent Non-Executive Director, following the reconvened Annual General Meeting that was held on Monday.
Adv. Mayosi, who is a registered member of the Cape Bar of Advocates, has experience in the judicial reviews of administrative actions of entities, impacting primarily the application of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), the Systems Act, and Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA) amongst others.
She holds BProc, LLB and an LLM in Banking and Finance Law with Merit University College, London.
A former University of Cape Town Law Faculty Lecturer, Adv. Mayosi, was in 2020 and 2015 Acting Judge in the Western Cape High Court.
