11:39pm And that is all from our ball-by-ball coverage tonight! Our post-match show is live right now on the homepage, so make sure you catch our experts over there. We'll have Karthik's report coming in soon and we have so much more to follow. Catch them all! Good night!

Rana: I've got out unluckily a few times. But I felt like I was in good form. This knock was important to me. I have a bit of an idea when I see the field and I get more options as a result. I think the other team planned not to bowl outside off to me so tpoday I decided if they bowl straight, I would hit through the leg side.

Nitish Rana is the Man of the Match.

D Karthik: (About the Iyer wicket) We do a bit of planning and the most important thing was the catch from Rana. At the end of the way, a win keeps you happy. Feels good. Touch wood. This is the kind of day you make the moves and they work out. I think the wristspinners are picked in the IPL for a purpose. They're doing a good job for us, they're top quality spinners. Days you don't win you sleep and wake up with a lot of thoughts. It's something I'm getting used to. You've got to try and separate your batting and captaincy and do the job.

Narine: I don't think I'm upto 100% (with the bowling) but I'm keeping it simple. It felt a little weird knowing Gambhir was on the opposite side. But that's the way cricket works. I think I'm slightly different to an ordinary spinner but I think it's based on accuracy. Try to do new things and hopefully it works in the game.

Gambhir: We got to give it to KKR. At one stage we thought they wouldn't get 170-175. We tried our level best but it's going to be tough against three quality spinners like theirs. We bowled a lot of balls in Russell's radar. We had plans for him but when he gets going it's tough for the bowlers to execute the plans. We still have ten more games to go, a lot of work to do.

11:20pm Delhi lost their first three wickets in three overs, they've lost their last seven in under six. Seven for 43 off 5.5 overs, to be precise. Quite the capitulation. KKR only slightly improved on their pace bowling today. Remember, their seamers had gone for 79 off seven in the last game when the spinners had gone for 60 in 12.

14.2Kuldeep Yadav to TA Boult, OUT, No run, chips it back at the bowler. And that's the game for KKR. A googly, lobbed up nicely on middle stump. Boult wants to flick through midwicket but he's done by the turn and finds the bowler.
14.1Kuldeep Yadav to S Nadeem, 1 run, full ball floated wide outside off. Lifts it inside-out to sweeper cover.

Hey, symmetry nerds! Halfway stage and DD are almost halfway there. With the loss of half their side.

Vishwas: "Really really really really stupid from Tewatia. Absolute no need of that shot. There already had been a six. The run rate was good enough. Tewatia just had to rotate strike. Really disappointed " --- That wasn't what he was sent to do though, they have more capable batsmen for that role.

End of over 9. 9 runs this over. 90/4 after 54 balls.
GJ Maxwell 25 (14b 3x4 1x6 ) Kuldeep Yadav 1-0-9-1
R Tewatia 1 (1b 0x4 0x6 ) more

Kapil: "So so disappointed. Disgusted really. That should have been a 6. Really unfortunate for Pant and Delhi as this partnership, if it had continued for 5-6 overs could have got them close to 140-150 by 15"

End of over 8. 12 runs this over. 81/3 after 48 balls.

Chirag Gupta: "@Faiz, India A games counts as Domestic games. Talking about the practice match against Aus, Bird and Marsh were the only pacers used by Aus then and it was a pretty flat pitch where even Aussies declared at a score around 500. Even I am acknowledging the fact that he has a terrific domestic score, but still doesn't look as solid as some other players, say Rana or Samson or KL or Nair who are the other contenders for that middle order spot. "

Snehil: "Pant is looking great out there. With Samson in such tremendous form and Ishan Kishan also doing good, it will be intriguing to see who takes the mantle from MSD in the future. These young blokes just need to work on their wicket keeping a bit and if mentored well, the future looks good for India."

Faiz : "@Chirag, well your comment about Iyer certainly suggests you don't follow much of cricket. Iyer has performed well in foreign tours of India A games and such. Played well in the few ODIs he got an opportunity in. Smashed a double hundred against a good Australian bowling attack in the practice matches before the domestic Ind Aus series. Has been one of the top performers in all of domestic cricket. IPL is a good test but it isn't the only metric to judge a player. "

End of over 5. 7 runs this over. 45/3 after 30 balls.

Rahul Oak: "What's Mavi's pace been like? Heard a lot of good things about his speed at the U19's - is he living up to that promise?" --- Averaging close to 140 so far.

End of over 4. 10 runs this over. 34/3 after 23 balls.

Bharat Dhir: "Love Gautam Gambhir as a captain but it is very clear the batsmen in him is done. Way past his prime. It hurts Delhi because they have chosen the trade off in having him as captain for a poor opener. He was never a quick fire player but now he struggles for stroke play and strike rotation. Moving forward, if DD have a bigger target than 180, he should play as a floater and have Pant and Roy open."

Chirag Gupta: "Heard a lot about Iyer, smashing everyone in the Ranji games, but IMHO doesn't look that good a batsman. Similar was the case with Prithvi Shaw in U19 WC, Gill (unheard at that time) comfortably looked much better than him in the tournament. Guess domestic performers can be found out at a higher level and therefore, along with domestic performances batting technique should also be considered for international selection."

Roy's record against legspin: 12 dismissals in 27 innings (including this one), 190 runs off 151 balls.
